Multipage document scanning in minutes
ProScan adds multipage document scanning and storage to your Clarion application with minimal effort. Drop in the global extension template, import the ProScan TXA, and place the ProScan Link Control Button on your window. That is all it takes to give your users a full document scanning and management interface.
ProScan is built on ImageEx technology and requires ImageEx 3.6 or greater. For use with Clarion 9 or later, ImageEx 5.x is required.
Document management
ProScan handles the full document lifecycle - scanning, storage, retrieval, and display. Multi-page TIFF storage keeps related document pages together in a single file. Users can scan directly from TWAIN-compatible scanners, review and annotate pages, and store completed documents linked to your application records.
ProScan and ProImage together
ProScan and ProImage work together through the Data Bridge, making it easy to move images between the two products. Scan pages into ProScan and send them to ProImage for enhancement or cropping. Import photos in ProImage and send them back to ProScan as part of a multipage document. Mix high-quality photos and scanned documents in the same TIFF file with no hand coding required.
